*Registration* All registrations must be made by printing and completing the form below -- one form for each program/retreat. The required non-refundable/non-transferable deposit must be mailed with the Registration Form to the Center. The deadline for submitting the registration form and deposit is two weeks before the program/retreat is scheduled to begin. If the deadline has passed, please call or email to confirm space availability. Registrations are honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirmation Registration confirmation is generally provided several weeks before a program by letter or by phone, if timing prevents a mailing. Your canceled check is your initial confirmation. If you have not received confirmation within a week of the program/retreat's scheduled beginning date, please call or e-mail the Center.
*Cancellations* If the Center cancels a program/retreat because of inadequate registrations, you will be notified and your deposit refunded. If you are unable to attend a program/retreat for which you have registered, please notify the Center office as soon as possible so that registrations on the waiting list may be honored. If the weather is inclement, call the Center office before coming, to verify that the program/retreat is still being offered.
